Refund and Returns Policy

We limit any and all return reasons to 15 days with an additional 15 days for extenuating circumstances for a total of 30 day.
This return policy is only for orders purchased through gotpride.com. If you purchased from our other marketplaces or authorized resellers, please follow their return policy.

Overview

Got Pride offers a two-fold return policy: 5 Day Free Returns and day 6-15 customer paid returns.

5 Day Free Returns Process:

To submit a request for return, exchange or refund please email returns@gotpride.com:

  • Buyer’s Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Pictures Clearly Showing Damage and/or Reason for Return (.jpg or .png files only)

Once we approve a return label will be emailed. We expect the return to show tracking within 5 days. If your return takes more than 5 days to get the item in the mail, the return postage is deducted from your refund.

Items marked down, on sale or discounted more than 10% off the current full list price do not qualify for free returns.

Day 6-15 Returns Process:

To submit a request for return please email returns@gotpride.com:

  • Reason for Return
  • Pictures Clearly Showing Damage and/or Reason for Return (.jpg or .png files only)

Once we approve mailing instructions will be emailed. We expect the return to show tracking within 5 days.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or clearly abused or mis-used by customer for example: hand fan broken by opening the wrong way, Item was cut, item has water or fire damage, etc. (Please refer to product replacement policy claims if it was purchased with the item)
  • After inspection the return reason is deemed to be misrepresented or is not our fault. In this case initial shipping cost (even if it qualified for free shipping) and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
  • Sale items marked down or discounted more than 10% off the current full list price are only fully refunded for our fault reasons otherwise initial shipping cost (even if it qualified for free shipping) and a restocking fee will be deducted.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected (up to 3 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank or credit card processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@gotpride.com .

Exchanges

We only process refunds. If you would like a replacement please start a new order.
